Heeft hij inmiddels wel eens bedacht dat je na 25 jaar een heleboel ervaringen en vaardigheden hebt bij geleerd. Die zijn duizend keer meer waard dan een diploma. Soms is leren in een klas en met boeken niet weggelegd voor iemand. Maar na verloop van jaren kan zo iemand zoveel ervaring hebben dat dit veel meer waard is dan een diploma.
