Op een afstand bekeken, lijkt dit precies wat de klant wil: het grote, bestaande Web Content Management-systeem opnieuw gebruiken, inclusief de kennis, de processen en de gebruikers, om alle bestaande internetkanalen én de nieuwe digitale kanalen (zoals mobiele en sociale media) te kunnen beheren.
